Deine Aufgaben

  • Optimierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer kanalübergreifenden Content-Strategie entlang der Customer Journey
  • Identifikation relevanter Themen und Entwicklung starker Geschichten, die Menschen erreichen und unsere Marke nachhaltig stärken
  • Planung, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Owned-Media-Kanäle - von Website und Blog über Newsletter bis hin zu Social Media
  • Entwicklung von Kampagnen und Content-Formaten, die Markenaufbau und Performance wirkungsvoll verbinden
  • Steuerung des Redaktionsprozesses sowie Koordination interner und externer Content-Creator und Redakteure
  • Sicherstellung einer hochwertigen, kanalgerechten Aufbereitung, Veröffentlichung und Optimierung aller Inhalte
  • Integration von SEO und GEO als feste Bestandteile unserer Content-Strategie
  • Analyse relevanter Kennzahlen und Ableitung konkreter Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Performance Marketing, Kreation, Video, Produktmanagement und Development

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Content Marketing, in der Redaktion oder in der Content-Strategie
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Storytelling und ein hervorragendes Gespür für relevante Themen, Zielgruppen und Marken
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung kanalübergreifender Content-Strategien
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis von SEO, GEO, Content Performance und Customer Journeys
  • Hohe konzeptionelle Stärke verbunden mit einer pragmatischen Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Analytische Denkweise und Freude daran, Inhalte datenbasiert weiterzuentwickeln
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch
  • Begeisterung für Gesundheit, Ernährung und hochwertige Markenkommunikation
