Deine Aufgaben

  • Innovative Entwicklung: Design und Implementierung von maßgeschneiderten Backend-Lösungen auf Basis von Odoo, einschließlich der Anpassung bestehender Module und der Entwicklung neuer Funktionen.
  • Effizienzsteigerung: Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen und Umsetzung in passende Backend-Architekturen und -Systeme zur Maximierung von Effizienz und Produktivität.
  • Integration: Sicherstellung der reibungslosen Integration von Odoo Migrationen
  • Leistungsoptimierung: Identifizierung und Behebung von Performance-Problemen sowie Optimierung der bestehenden Codebasis
  • Kollaborative Projekte: Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams, um kreative und nachhaltige Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Nutzerzentrierung, Support und Fehlerbehebung: Entwicklung nutzerfreundlicher Anwendungen, Bereitstellung von technischem Support sowie Unterstützung bei der Fehlerbehebung und Wartung von Odoo-Installationen

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Anwendungsentwicklung, abgeschlossenes Informatikstudium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Backend-Entwicklung mit einem starken Fokus auf Odoo-Modulen, Odoo API und Odoo Studio
  • Technische Fähigkeiten: Fundierte Kenntnisse in Python, SQL, XML, sowie Erfahrung mit PostgreSQL und Git.
  • Projektmanagement: Erfahrung in der agilen Software Entwicklung mit der SCRUM- und/oder Kanban-Methode
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten: Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und analytisches Denken.
  • Kommunikation: Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.
  • Teamgeist: Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise mit der Fähigkeit, sowohl eigenständig als auch in interdisziplinären Teams zu arbeiten.
