Bei uns bekommst Du keinen reinen Reporting-Job, sondern die Chance, Dinge selbst in die Hand zu nehmen und sichtbar Ergebnisse zu schaffen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Performance-Marketing-Kampagnen (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok & Co.)
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Go-to-Market-Strategien für neue Märkte
  • Kampagnenplanung für klassische Suchmaschinen & neue KI-Suchplattformen
  • Monitoring aller KPIs, Reporting und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Content, Design und Produkt – Hands-on und auf Augenhöhe
  • Aktives Beobachten von Trends & Innovationen im Digitalmarketing (z. B. AI Search, neue Ad-Formate)

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Performance- und Growth-Marketing
  • Sehr sicher im Umgang mit gängigen Tools (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Analytics etc.)
  • Erfahrung im Suchmaschinenmarketing (SEA/SEO) – idealerweise auch mit KI-Suchmaschinen & AI-driven Search Ads
  • Stark analytisch, aber auch kreativ im Kampagnendenken
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: Du setzt selbst um, testest und optimierst
  • Erfahrung mit internationalen Märkten von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen ein Plus
