​Avvera sta ricercando un Account Manager – BNPL & Credit Solutions, per potenziare la direzione commerciale BNPL nella vendita B2B.

La persona si occuperà della gestione, animazione e sviluppo commerciale di Grandi Accordi Nazionali e Top Partner Retail (GDO/GDS/E-commerce) sul territorio. Avrà la responsabilità diretta del budget assegnato, monitorando i volumi di produzione, la redditività e l'andamento del rischio delle pratiche finanziarie.

Principali Responsabilità e Mansioni

  • Sviluppo del Portafoglio (Hunting & Prospecting): Ricerca attiva di nuove opportunità di business ed espansione del network di merchant/dealer nazionali nei settori arredamento, automotive, telco, medicale, estetica ed elettronica.
  • Gestione e Consolidamento (Farming): Consolidamento delle partnership in essere e sviluppo di campagne commerciali e di trade marketing volte ad incrementare l'erogato.
  • Negoziazione B2B: Gestione di trattative commerciali complesse e strategie win-win interfacciandosi con interlocutori di medio/alto livello.
  • Pianificazione e Controllo: Definizione dei target commerciali, monitoraggio periodico dei KPI e redazione di reportistica dettagliata sulle performance degli Accordi.
  • Formazione e Supporto: Preparazione di aule formative e supporto tecnico-commerciale alle reti di vendita dei Partner e alle risorse interne.
  • Valutazione del Rischio: Comprensione delle logiche di merito creditizio e analisi del rischio finanziario in sinergia con le funzioni interne preposte.

Requisiti Richiesti

  • Esperienza: Minimo 2/3 anni di esperienza consolidata nel segmento BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later), dei servizi di dilazione di pagamento o del credito al consumo.
  • Background B2B: Comprovata esperienza nella vendita di servizi finanziari a reti retail, automotive o piattaforme GDO/GDS.
  • Competenze Tecniche: Ottima conoscenza dei prodotti creditizi e del relativo quadro normativo (normative sulla trasparenza e privacy). Padronanza del Pacchetto Office (in particolare utilizzo esperto di Excel e PowerPoint). Familiarità con gestionali commerciali e di analisi (es. AS400, CRM, SAP o simili).
  • Soft Skills:Spiccato orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi e resistenza allo stress. Eccellenti doti comunicative, empatia, ascolto attivo e forte spirito di squadra. Autonomia operativa, precisione, puntualità e attitudine al problem solving.
  • Lingue: Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello minimo B2).

Mobilità: Possesso di patente B e totale disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale

Retribuzione annua lorda prevista da 40.000 € a 55.000 €.
