Job Description

Credem, tra i gruppi bancari più solidi d'Italia, cerca un Service Manager Rete Dati e Security per guidare l'evoluzione tecnologica e architetturale dell'infrastruttura di rete e sicurezza del Gruppo, all'interno del contesto organizzativo Connectivity & Edge Network Platform (NETPLAT).

Ti occuperai di:

  • Guida dei progetti di trasformazione, upgrade tecnologico e virtualizzazione degli apparati core di rete e sicurezza (Core Switch, Firewall, Wi-Fi centralizzato).
  • Conduzione tecnica, valutazione e gestione dei grandi contratti framework di telecomunicazione (servizi di Rete Dati, Fonia Fissa/Mobile, SMS).
  • Potenziamento della Network Security e gestione del ciclo di vita dei sistemi di sicurezza perimetrale e di Identity & Access Management (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ISE).
  • Gestione diretta delle infrastrutture in produzione, capacity planning e pianificazione autonoma degli interventi di change nel rispetto dei budget pre-allocati.
  • Gestione amministrativa end-to-end dei fornitori (RDA, ordini, fatture) e monitoraggio rigoroso degli SLA contrattuali, in particolare verso l'outsourcer infrastrutturale.

Sei la persona giusta se:

  • Hai 5-10 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi (Service Management IT, IT Network & Security Management).
  • Hai un forte background in infrastrutture di Rete (Routing, Switching, LAN/WAN/WLAN) e Network Security (Firewalling, Web Filtering, VPN C2S/S2S, Proxy PAC).
  • Possiedi spiccate doti di leadership, project e budget management per il coordinamento di team tecnici e fornitori complessi.

Nota: La conoscenza delle architetture a Piattaforma (Platform Operating Model) e l'esperienza nella gestione di outsourcer infrastrutturali sono un plus.
