Avvera sta ricercando un Risk Data & Reporting Specialist da inserire nel team Risk Management della Società. La persona concorrerà al presidio e allo sviluppo nel continuo del sistema di gestione dei rischi, con focus principale sul rischio di Credito e con una vista sia in ambito regolamentare che gestionale, sia in un’ottica attuale che prospettica.

La figura sarà coinvolta principalmente nelle seguenti attività:

  • Partecipare attivamente nella definizione di processi volti alla corretta classificazione e monitoraggio dei crediti sia ai fini segnaletici che gestionali;
  • Partecipare ai processi di modellizzazione dei dati al fine di creare un base dati robusta su cui fondare le attività di presidio del Rischio di Credito.
  • Collaborare alla realizzazione ed al mantenimento della struttura dati del DWH aziendale, occupandosi prevalentemente in ambito Risk di: Modellizzazione Dati Controllo di Data Quality su dati e procedure di modellizzazione/aggiornamento in ambito Rischio di Credito Sviluppo/Evoluzione di un impianto in linea con i requisiti di “Loan Data Tape”
  • Presidiare il processo di valutazione e disclosure della reportistica istituzionale ed operativa in ambito Rischio di Credito;
  • Presidiare il corretto funzionamento applicativo relativamente agli ambiti e funzionalità Risk;
  • Effettuare attività di monitoraggio ed analisi di rischio di credito sul portafoglio;
  • Collaborare nel processo di pianificazione e forecasting del costo del credito;

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Laurea magistrale in discipline economiche, finanziarie, matematiche e/o statistico-attuariali, ingegneria
  • Gradita esperienza tra 1 anno e 4 anni nel settore finanziario e/o consulenziale maturata in ambito Risk Management con focus su rischio di credito;
  • Conoscenza dei principi IFRS9 e delle principali normative di classificazione dei crediti ed in generale dei processi di gestione del credito
  • Esperienza nei processi di pianificazione del costo del credito
  • Esperienza pregressa su progetti di business intelligence e datawarehousing;
  • Competenza in tema di Data Quality Management
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
  • Capacità di gestione dei dati e linguaggi di programmazione (es. SAS, SQL, Python): sarà elemento preferenziale la conoscenza di SAS;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • Gradita, ma non necessaria, la conoscenza di strumenti di Data Visualization (PowerBI);

Retribuzione annua lorda prevista da 40.000 € a 60.000 €.
