Job Description

Nell’ambito di potenziamento del servizio Real Estate, siamo alla ricerca di un Facility Manager in grado di pianificare, presidiare e controllare gli interventi di natura immobiliare da inserire nel Servizio Logistica Immobilare della Capogruppo.

Attività principali:

  • Pianificare, presidiare e controllare il completamento degli interventi di natura immobiliare: a) di manutenzione sugli immobili al fine di mantenere inalterate nel tempo la funzionalità d’uso degli stessi e garantire adeguati livelli estetici e funzionali. b) di ristrutturazione e/o manutenzione straordinaria di immobili che richiedono un titolo amministrativo per la sua esecuzione, secondo le esigenze e le pianificazioni definite con gli utenti interni
  • Ricercare e proporre interventi/iniziative (quali modifiche standard, processi) finalizzate a migliorare il rapporto qualità/prezzo nei nuovi allestimenti
  • Garantire la corretta adozione delle procedure e degli atti previsti per il rispetto della normativa sulla salute e sicurezza nei cantieri
  • Presidiare le condizioni di manutenzione impiantistica/immobiliare svolte da fornitori esterni all’organizzazione attivando iniziative per contenere/ottimizzare la spesa, presidiando i fornitori in merito a condizioni e qualità dei beni/servizi connessi a contratti d’appalto.
  • Presidiare la regolarità urbanistica del patrimonio immobiliare e delle certificazioni/autorizzazioni connesse e provvedere alle attività di aggiornamento necessarie.

Requisiti Richiesti:

  • Esperienza: da neolaureato a 5 anni di esperienza nel settore Real Estate Titolo di Studio (anche triennale): Laurea Laurea ingegneria civile ed ambientale, Laurea ingegneria dei sistemi edilizi, Laurea ingegneria della sicurezza, Laurea Architettura ed Ingegneria Edile Soft Skills: Attitudine al problem solving, orientamento al risultato, capacità di analisi e a lavorare in team con approccio propositivo. .

Retribuzione annua lordo prevista: da 35.600 € a 45.000 €
