Siamo alla ricerca di un/una fx spot & forward trader da inserire all'interno del servizio finanza della nostra capogruppo a Reggio Emilia. La persona si occuperà della gestione e dell'ottimizzazione del portafoglio di trading sui cambi a pronti, garantendo il controllo del rischio e massimizzando la redditività

Il nostro obiettivo è supportare la crescita sostenibile del business aziendale, mantenendo un presidio costante e accurato sulle dinamiche di mercato e offrendo soluzioni competitive sia per l'operatività proprietaria sia per la nostra clientela.

Il ruolo e le responsabilità

All'interno del desk di trading, la persona selezionata avrà l'autonomia decisionale necessaria per gestire la complessità dei mercati valutari e risponderà direttamente al responsabile del desk cambi.

Le principali attività includono:

  • Gestione quotidiana di flussi e posizioni di cambio derivanti sia da operatività di clientela che proprietaria.
  • Monitoraggio continuo dei mercati finanziari globali per cogliere tempestivamente le opportunità di trading.
  • Monitoraggio rigoroso dei limiti regolamentari interni e delle metriche di stop loss.
  • Quotazione e pricing competitivo per la clientela del gruppo.

I requisiti per candidarsi

  • Almeno 10 anni di esperienza pregressa su un desk di trading fx (spot, forwards e fx swaps) maturata presso banche, fondi d'investimento o broker autorizzati.
  • Forte autonomia decisionale e attitudine proattiva nella gestione del portafoglio.
  • Ottima capacità di operare sotto stress e di gestire scadenze e flussi operativi intensi.
  • Spiccata attitudine a lavorare in team e a collaborare attivamente con i colleghi del servizio e delle aree sinergiche.
  • Ottima conoscenza del terminale Bloomberg e delle principali piattaforme di trading valutario.
  • Buona padronanza della lingua inglese per l'interazione con i mercati e le controparti internazionali.

Sede di lavoro: Reggio Emilia con possibilità di lavoro ibrido

Retribuzione annua lordo prevista da 60.000 € a 80.000 €
