Demand & Portfolio Management

Intercettare e canalizzare i bisogni: diventare il punto di riferimento per le funzioni di business, raccogliendone le esigenze e trasformandole in soluzioni, per le quali analizza l’impatto, prioritizza e assicura l'allineamento agli obiettivi strategici aziendali. Diventare al contempo il punto di riferimento e raccordo a livello di innovazione dei processi interni al Servizio Organizzazione.

Dati & AI

Dashboard Direzionali: progettare la struttura delle dashboard a fini direzionali, anche attraverso l’utilizzo di soluzioni realizzate con fornitori esterni. Il profilo ricercato preferibilmente ha maturato competenze di data engineering e data visualization, di conseguenza è in grado di sapere quali dati mostrare, come aggregarli e come renderli azionabili per i processi di demand strategico e per l’ottimizzazione dei processi di business analizzati dai Process Owner del Servizio Organizzazione. Promuovere l'adozione di un approccio data-driven all'interno dei team, guidando il cambiamento organizzativo.

Competenze Data/AI: Forte familiarità con le logiche di data architecture, strumenti di Business Intelligence (PowerBI) e comprensione dei casi d'uso aziendali dell'AI (Generative AI, Predictive Analytics).

Esperienza: Almeno 5 anni in progettualità complesse ad alto contenuto tecnologico in ambito Dati e/o Demand Management e/o esperienza in Consulenza con focus tecnologico

Range retribuzione : ek 50-60
