Il ruolo di retail banker junior

In qualità di retail banker junior sarai una figura chiave per la gestione e lo sviluppo della relazione con i nostri clienti. Ti occuperai di:

  • accoglienza e consulenza: gestire l'accoglienza del cliente, indirizzandolo al meglio e fornendo supporto sulle principali operazioni bancarie.
  • supporto commerciale: affiancare i colleghi più esperti nelle attività di vendita e promozione dei prodotti e servizi bancari (conti correnti, prestiti, mutui, ecc.).
  • gestione operativa: assicurare la corretta esecuzione delle operazioni di cassa e la gestione della documentazione di filiale.
  • apprendimento e crescita: partecipare attivamente ai percorsi formativi per sviluppare le tue competenze tecniche e comportamentali.

  • età compresa tra i 19 e i 30 anni, nello specifico diplomati under 26 anni, laureati under 30 anni.
  • formazione: diplomati, laureati o laureandi senza vincoli sul percorso di studi.
