岗位职责 1，专利与知识产权管理 ：负责研发专利提案的登记与交底书提交，全流程跟踪内外部审核进度。 对接外部专利代理机构，跟进案件进展并维护专利台账，及费用跟进处理。 2，研发流程文件与知识库管理：协助处理研发流程文件的版本控制、标准化排版及受控发布，确保文件合规、统一。 维护知识库文档体系，定期审核与更新，保障文档信息的完整性与时效性。 3，数据处理及初步分析：响应业务前后端对研发数据的需求（ERP BOM等），从研发管理系统中提取、清洗并加工数据。输出数据报表及专项分析，为管理与运营优化提供数据支持。 4，研发培训组织与监督：监督协助各研发部门的培训计划及落地情况，跟进培训通知与资料准备。实施训后效果评估，包括测验、问卷调查及实操抽查，定期汇总输出培训质量简报。 5，问题横展与复盘闭环：落实研发问题横展跟踪机制，收集问题记录、复盘分析及整改措施跟进。定期输出横展跟踪报告，推动经验教训跨项目、跨部门落地。

任职要求 1. 硕士及以上在读学生，理工科、知识产权、 工商管理等相关专业优先； 2. 具备良好的逻辑思维能力、数据整理能力，熟练使用Office办公软件，擅长台账、报表制作与数据梳理； 3. 沟通表达清晰，情商高、执行力强，具备较强的内外部协调能力，做事细致严谨、有责任心； 4. 态度踏实稳重，抗压能力良好，主动学习能力强，能够高效完成上级交办的各项工作；
