1. 硬核结构设计与开发 - 主导电机控制器的机械结构设计开发，涵盖壳体、功率模块、散热系统、流体设计、电磁兼容设计等核心模块，实现高功率密度、高可靠性、高可制造性的目标。 - 基于产品需求，完成材料选型、仿真分析、测试验证、工艺优化，确保产品满足车载级可靠性标准。 - 前沿的新工艺、新材料开发，推动电机控制器在性能与成本上的持续突破。 2. 全流程设计验证： 制定设计验证方案，参与样机试制、台架测试、整车路试，针对测试中暴露的结构问题（如共振、过温、老化腐蚀等）进行快速迭代优化。 3. 工程化文档与数据管理： - 严格遵循 APQP/PPAP 开发流程，编写结构设计规范、DFMEA（设计失效模式及效应分析）、3D 模型 / 2D 图纸等核心交付物，确保设计文件的标准化与可追溯性。 - 协同 PLM 系统完成设计文件的审核、发布与版本管理，建立严谨的工程化工作流程。 4. 量产问题攻坚： - 跟进项目小批量爬坡及量产阶段，解决结构相关的量产工艺难题 - 联动供应链、生产部门进行技术对接，输出结构工艺改进方案，保障量产良率与成本控制。

1.专业背景机械设计制造及其自动化、材料科学与工程、车辆工程、力学等相关专业。 硬核技术基底 2. 精通SolidWorks/CATIA/UG/Creo等至少一款 3D 建模软件，能独立完成复杂结构的三维建模与 2D 工程图绘制。 3. 掌握机械结构设计相关知识，了解理论力学、材料力学、热力学、公差配合、机械制造工艺等基础理论。 4.有ANSYS/Abaqus等有限元仿真工具使用经验，或具备车载部件结构设计、散热设计相关项目 / 竞赛经历者优先。 5. 自驱力强：对机械结构研发有浓厚兴趣，能主动钻研技术难点，抗压能力突出。 6. 逻辑缜密：具备优秀的问题分析与拆解能力，能快速定位结构设计缺陷并提出优化方案。 7. 协同高效：善于跨部门（电子、工艺、生产）沟通协作，能清晰输出技术观点与解决方案。
