1. 方案设计与仿真：负责硬件单板的详细方案设计，进行功率器件选型、电路拓扑计算与仿真，亲手搭建IGBT / 驱动等核心电路的验证模型。 2. 器件与物料定义：深度定义直流滤波电容组、高精度电流传感器等关键部件的选型方案，主导电气参数的匹配与优化。 3. 文档与工程化：撰写高标准的硬件设计规格书，输出完整的研发交付物，建立研发项目的工程化思维。 4. 测试与问题闭环：参与单板、模块及系统级的全流程硬件测试，实战失效分析能力，定位并整改硬件技术难题。 5. 量产技术支持：跟随项目进入小批量爬坡阶段，解决量产落地中的硬件技术痛点，打通实验室到产线的最后一公里。 6. 供应链协同：直接对接国内外核心元器件供应商，进行技术交底与方案评审，练就跨部门的硬核沟通能力。 7. 知识沉淀与复用：整理部门经典问题清单（LL / 知识库），编写设计指南，让个人经验沉淀为团队资产，实现技术复利。

1. 电气工程及其自动化、电子信息工程、微电子、测控技术与仪器等相关专业，27 届及以后国内外硕 / 博在读学生 2. 器件认知：深入理解IGBT、MOSFET、MCU / 控制芯片等功率半导体器件的特性与应用场景。 3. 扎实掌握电力电子技术、开关电源原理、PCB/PCBA 工艺及EMC 电磁兼容基础理论。 4. 熟练使用 Cadence、Altium Designer、PSPICE等至少一款 EDA / 仿真工具者优先。 5. 对电力电子技术有狂热兴趣，能主动钻研技术难点。 6. 逻辑缜密，注重细节，具备快速定位问题的工程直觉。 7. 乐于在跨学科团队中高效协作，抗压能力强。
