1 - 与系统、软件团队深入沟通，收集各种测试需求，撰写工具需求文档； 2 -调研工具链的实现方法，与经理，首席，技术主管一起确定工具链软硬件构架，实现方法； 3 -撰写工具链软硬件结构、原理、流程及接口文档；制定工具链开发的详细工作计划，跟踪计划实施情况； 4 -与供应商和软件团队搭建工具链平台，开发与维护相关软件； 5 -与经理，首席，技术主管一起确定自动化方案，利用上位机软件或者升级电控软件实现自动化测试； 6 -编写操作指导书，对团队进行工具链使用培训； 7 -与客户深入沟通，收集客户需求，根据系统要求定义软件详细设计文档； 8 -根据设计要求制定各项目的详细工作计划，推动项目计划顺利执行； 9 -负责基于项目的详细设计，架构设计，软件需求进行测试和文档撰写； 10-上级交付的其他工作。

任职资格Job Qualifications 教育/工作经验 Education/Experience 1- 大学本科及以上学历，电气工程、自动化、控制等专业学科； 2- 1年以上软件开发经验或者自动化测试开经验，有汽车行业经验优先；

特殊知识 Special Knowledge 1- 熟悉汽车电子产品的开发流程，有功能安全实际开发经验者优先； 2- 熟悉软件回归测试，有HIL使用经验优先； 3- 会使用CANoe，INCA，会使用Vector VT; 4- 会使用QAC，Tessy进行软件动静态测试；

其他要求/技能 Additional Requirements and Preference/Skill 1- 具备良好的沟通能力、协调能力，组织能力，分析能力和执行力； 2- 能够适应短期调试出差。
