1.硕士及以上学历，自动控制/软件工程/电子信息工程专业优先； 2.熟悉软件开发流程和方法，掌握嵌入式C编程语言； 3.有基于英飞凌 AURIX系列芯片，NXP系列芯片等嵌入式开发经验优先； 4.有QAC/Tessy相关测试经验优先； 5.熟悉AUTOSAR软件架构，有基于AUTOSAR架构的软件开发经验优先； 6.具备良好的文档撰写能力； 7.较强的需求理解学习及解决问题能力，较强的创新意识、沟通能力和团队精神。
