The posting

1、参与 SST 固态变压器系统控制算法开发，包括网侧并网控制、锁相、下垂控制、高低电压穿越、多 PEBB 单元均压均流、DAB 双有源桥控制、系统振荡抑制等算法的仿真研究。 2、使用 Matlab/Simulink/PLECS 搭建系统仿真模型，完成稳态、暂态、故障工况仿真验证；完成 MBD 模型调研，协助将控制算法向 Zynq R 核嵌入式软件进行 C 代码落地。 3、协助开展 HIL 半实物仿真、功率台架整机测试，抓取波形数据分析算法表现，定位算法相关问题，迭代调参优化控制性能。 4、参与系统应用层逻辑开发：系统状态机、软启动、故障保护逻辑、录波、告警业务逻辑；理解 R 核‑A 核之间 RPMsg/RPMsg 消息交互机制，配合完成算法与上层业务软件对接。 5、输出仿真报告、算法设计文档、测试记录；配合 FPGA、硬件、测试团队完成软硬件联调；跟踪 SST、中高压电力电子相关前沿技术，开展技术预研。

任职要求 1、硕士研究生，电气工程、电力电子与电力传动、自动化、控制工程等相关专业，2027 届应届毕业生；专业基础扎实，熟练掌握自动控制原理、电力电子技术。 2、掌握逆变器 / 变流器基础控制原理，熟悉 PI/PR 闭环控制、PLL 锁相环，了解下垂控制、DAB 变换器控制策略；做过逆变器、储能 PCS 相关课题、毕设、竞赛优先。 3、熟练 Matlab/Simulink 仿真建模；会 C 语言嵌入式开发；了解 Zynq‑MPSoC 平台、裸机实时开发、RTOS 为加分项。 4、了解半实物 HIL 仿真工具（RT‑LAB、远宽、ADPASS），有相关项目实践经历优先。 5、动手能力强，愿意进实验室做台架调试；具备良好文档习惯，沟通协作好，有钻研精神，愿意深耕 SST 中高压固态变压器新业务。

1、熟悉级联 H 桥、ISOP‑DAB 拓扑，了解多单元串联均压、环流抑制； 2、接触过并网标准、高低压穿越、弱网稳定性相关研究； 3、有电力电子硬件台架实验、逆变器实物调试经历； 4、阅读英文芯片手册、英文文献能力良好。
