功率硬件工程师（SST 固态变压器‑校招 27 届）｜上海

岗位定位：面向 SST PEBB 功率单元硬件开发，聚焦 SiC 功率主回路、驱动、采样保护硬件，参与级联 H 桥、DAB 双有源桥功率单元样机研发；校招培养岗，看重电力电子硬件基础，不需要量产经验，导师带教，深度参与新业务样机全流程。

岗位职责 1、协助开展 SST 固态变压器 PEBB 功率单元硬件方案设计，包含 SiC 功率主回路、驱动电路、信号采样调理、保护、辅助电源等模块；参与器件选型、参数计算、原理图设计、BOM 整理。 2、配合完成 PCB 设计评审，关注功率回路、高压采样、信号完整性、功率回路寄生参数、EMC 设计；协助完成安规绝缘、电气间隙、爬电距离核对。 3、负责单板及功率单元上电调试，使用示波器等仪器开展稳态、故障工况测试，定位硬件相关故障，输出测试记录与问题分析报告。 4、参与 HIL 半实物、功率台架整机联调，配合算法、FPGA、结构团队完成软硬件联调，复现问题，推动硬件问题闭环。 5、输出硬件设计文档、测试报告、器件选型报告；协助样机试制、物料验证、替代器件测试，跟进试制过程中的硬件工程问题。 6、跟踪 SiC 功率器件、中高压电力电子硬件相关技术，开展技术预研工作。

1、2027 届硕士研究生，电气工程、电力电子与电力传动、自动化、电子信息等相关专业，扎实掌握电力电子、模拟 / 数字电路基础。 2、熟悉常见电力电子拓扑（整流、DAB、逆变）；了解 SiC/IGBT 功率器件、驱动、采样保护电路原理；掌握基础硬件调试方法。 3、会使用 Altium Designer / Cadence 等至少一种硬件设计工具；会 PSpice/Simplis 等电路仿真优先；有原理图、PCB、硬件调试项目 / 毕设 / 电赛经历优先。 4、具备 EMC、安规绝缘基本概念，了解功率回路寄生、噪声抑制；动手能力强，愿意进实验室做台架调试。 5、良好英文阅读能力，能够阅读器件 datasheet；逻辑清晰，具备良好文档习惯与跨团队协作意识。

加分项 1、接触过级联 H 桥、DAB 双有源桥、储能 PCS、大功率逆变器相关课题或竞赛； 2、有功率驱动板、采样板、大功率电源实物调试经验； 3、了解 Zynq 平台硬件、光纤通信接口； 4、熟悉高压安规标准、局部放电、热设计基础。
