Procuramos um(a) profissional com forte capacidade analítica, perfil de liderança e visão estratégica, que queira atuar em um ambiente dinâmico, colaborativo e orientado à inovação.

Essa pessoa será responsável por liderar a operação jurídica, garantindo a qualidade das análises, a eficiência dos processos e a integração entre o jurídico e a tecnologia, contribuindo diretamente para a evolução dos nossos produtos e serviços.

Gestão estratégica da área jurídica

  • Liderar as equipes responsáveis pela análise e validação das fases processuais, garantindo alinhamento com os objetivos estratégicos da companhia.
  • Definir prioridades, distribuir demandas e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho, assegurando alta performance e eficiência operacional.
  • Garantir o cumprimento de SLAs, padrões de qualidade e prazos, promovendo uma cultura orientada a resultados.
  • Desenvolver e capacitar o time jurídico, por meio de treinamentos, feedbacks estruturados e direcionamento técnico contínuo.

Governança e qualidade jurídica

  • Estabelecer e aprimorar critérios jurídicos para classificação de fases processuais, assegurando consistência e confiabilidade das análises.
  • Supervisionar a validação humana das classificações realizadas por inteligência artificial, garantindo aderência técnica e mitigação de riscos.
  • Monitorar indicadores de qualidade, como taxa de assertividade e retrabalho, implementando melhorias contínuas nos fluxos de análise.
  • Atuar na identificação de inconsistências e na padronização de entendimentos jurídicos.

Integração entre jurídico e tecnologia

  • Atuar como principal interface entre a área jurídica e tecnologia, traduzindo necessidades jurídicas em requisitos técnicos.
  • Participar ativamente da definição de regras jurídicas, taxonomias processuais e evolução da plataforma jurídica.
  • Validar juridicamente novas funcionalidades e melhorias sistêmicas.
  • Contribuir para o treinamento e aprimoramento de modelos de inteligência artificial aplicados ao contexto jurídico.

Gestão de indicadores e inteligência de dados

  • Estruturar, acompanhar e analisar indicadores estratégicos da operação jurídica, tais como:Taxa de assertividade da IA Produtividade da equipe Taxa de intervenção humana Tempo médio de análise
  • Elaborar relatórios executivos e apresentações gerenciais para suporte à tomada de decisão da diretoria.
  • Utilizar dados para direcionar melhorias operacionais e estratégicas.

Relacionamento com clientes e stakeholders

  • Atuar como referência técnica em temas jurídicos relacionados aos serviços prestados.
  • Participar de reuniões estratégicas com clientes, apresentando metodologias, resultados e soluções jurídicas.
  • Garantir clareza na comunicação de critérios de análise e interpretação de andamentos processuais.
  • Contribuir para a retenção e satisfação dos clientes por meio de excelência técnica e consultiva.

Estruturação e melhoria contínua de processos

  • Mapear, revisar e otimizar fluxos de trabalho da operação jurídica, visando ganho de eficiência e escalabilidade.
  • Estruturar e manter procedimentos operacionais padrão (POPs) da área.
  • Liderar iniciativas de legal operations, automação e inovação jurídica.
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua, com foco em produtividade, qualidade e redução de riscos.

Requisitos:

  • Formação superior completa em Direito, com registro ativo na OAB.
  • Experiência prévia em posições de liderança na área jurídica, com gestão de equipes e operações.
  • Vivência com contencioso e análise de processos judiciais, especialmente leitura e interpretação de andamentos processuais.
  • Experiência na definição e acompanhamento de indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), com foco em produtividade, qualidade e eficiência operacional.
  • Conhecimento em estruturação e otimização de processos (legal operations será um diferencial relevante).
  • Familiaridade com tecnologia aplicada ao jurídico (legaltechs, automação, inteligência artificial, jurimetria ou similares).
  • Capacidade de atuar de forma estratégica, com visão analítica e orientação a dados.
  • Experiência no relacionamento com clientes e condução de reuniões técnicas.
  • Habilidade de comunicação clara, organização e tomada de decisão.
