Liderar a gestão jurídica da companhia, atuando de forma estratégica e consultiva junto à diretoria e às áreas de negócio. Garantir segurança jurídica nas operações, mitigação de riscos, conformidade legal e eficiência na condução das demandas, contribuindo para a sustentabilidade e o crescimento do negócio.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão jurídica estratégica: atuar como parceiro(a) da diretoria e das áreas de negócio, oferecendo direcionamento jurídico para a tomada de decisões e apoiando iniciativas estratégicas da companhia.Direito trabalhista: conduzir análises e orientações sobre questões trabalhistas, relações de trabalho, passivos, contingências e prevenção de riscos, considerando os diferentes modelos de contratação utilizados pela empresa.Direito civil e contratual: analisar, elaborar, revisar e negociar contratos, aditivos e demais instrumentos jurídicos, assegurando a proteção dos interesses da companhia e a adequada gestão de riscos.Relacionamento com instituições financeiras: conduzir análises jurídicas relacionadas a contratos, operações e demandas de bancos e instituições financeiras, apoiando negociações e garantindo a segurança jurídica das relações estabelecidas.Gestão de riscos e contencioso: acompanhar processos judiciais e administrativos, gerir contingências e apoiar a definição de estratégias para prevenção e resolução de conflitos.Estruturação de processos: mapear os fluxos jurídicos existentes, identificar oportunidades de melhoria e implementar procedimentos, políticas e controles que aumentem a eficiência e a previsibilidade das entregas.Governança e compliance: assegurar a conformidade das operações com a legislação aplicável, apoiar a disseminação de boas práticas e fortalecer os mecanismos de controle e governança corporativa.Gestão de indicadores: desenvolver e acompanhar indicadores jurídicos relacionados a prazos, custos, contingências, volume de demandas e efetividade das ações, oferecendo visibilidade para a tomada de decisão.Gestão de parceiros externos: coordenar escritórios de advocacia e demais fornecedores jurídicos, acompanhando a qualidade das entregas, os prazos, os custos e os resultados obtidos.Desenvolvimento da área: estabelecer prioridades, organizar demandas e estruturar uma atuação jurídica integrada às necessidades do negócio, promovendo melhoria contínua e disseminação do conhecimento jurídico internamente.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Direito.Inscrição ativa na Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (OAB).Experiência sólida em gestão jurídica empresarial, com atuação consultiva e estratégica.Conhecimento consistente em Direito Trabalhista, Civil e Contratual.Experiência na análise, elaboração e negociação de contratos empresariais.Vivência na gestão de riscos jurídicos, contingências e demandas contenciosas.Experiência no relacionamento com instituições financeiras e na condução de negociações contratuais.Capacidade de estruturar processos, implementar controles e desenvolver indicadores de gestão.Experiência no relacionamento com executivos e lideranças de diferentes áreas.Competências comportamentaisVisão estratégica e orientação ao negócio.Capacidade analítica e julgamento crítico.Comunicação clara, objetiva e assertiva.Habilidade de negociação e gestão de conflitos.Organização, priorização e gestão de múltiplas demandas.Autonomia, senso de responsabilidade e capacidade de tomada de decisão.Perfil colaborativo, com habilidade para influenciar stakeholders.Pragmatismo na busca por soluções juridicamente seguras e viáveis para o negócio.
