Buscamos um(a) Gerente Jurídico para liderar a área jurídica da empresa, garantindo segurança jurídica, conformidade regulatória e suporte estratégico às decisões corporativas. Esse profissional será responsável por estruturar e fortalecer a governança jurídica, apoiar operações estratégicas e promover uma atuação preventiva, eficiente e alinhada aos objetivos do negócio. Essa oportunidade é para atuação no Morumbi - SP ou em Nova Lima - MG.

Principais desafios da posição

  • Liderar a estratégia e a gestão jurídica da organização, atuando como parceiro da Diretoria e da alta administração.
  • Prestar consultoria jurídica em temas empresariais, societários, contratuais, regulatórios, trabalhistas, tributários, consumeristas, digitais e de proteção de dados.
  • Gerenciar riscos jurídicos e regulatórios, propondo soluções que apoiem o crescimento sustentável da empresa.
  • Supervisionar a elaboração, negociação e gestão de contratos estratégicos.
  • Atuar em operações societárias, investimentos, novos negócios, parcerias e projetos especiais.
  • Gerenciar processos judiciais, administrativos e arbitrais, além de contingências jurídicas e relacionamento com escritórios externos.
  • Liderar iniciativas de Compliance, Ética Corporativa e LGPD.
  • Desenvolver políticas, procedimentos, controles internos e instrumentos de governança jurídica.
  • Acompanhar alterações legislativas e regulatórias, avaliando impactos para o negócio.
  • Gerir orçamento, indicadores e performance da área jurídica.
  • Desenvolver e liderar a equipe, promovendo um ambiente de alta performance e melhoria contínua.

Requisitos

✅ Graduação completa em Direito com registro ativo na OAB.

✅ Pós-graduação, MBA ou especialização em Direito Empresarial, Direito Corporativo, Direito Societário, Compliance, Direito Digital, Proteção de Dados ou áreas correlatas.

✅ Experiência mínima de 7 anos na área jurídica corporativa.

✅ Experiência em gestão de equipes e atuação junto à alta liderança.

✅ Sólidos conhecimentos em:

  • Direito Empresarial e Societário;
  • Contratos empresariais;
  • Compliance e Governança Corporativa;
  • LGPD e Privacidade de Dados;
  • Gestão de Contencioso;
  • Gestão de Riscos;
  • Operações societárias, investimentos e M&A;
  • Relação com órgãos reguladores e stakeholders externos;
  • Planejamento estratégico e gestão de indicadores.

✅ Inglês avançado para leitura, análise e negociação de documentos jurídicos.

Diferenciais

  • Certificações em Compliance, Governança Corporativa, Proteção de Dados ou Gestão de Riscos.
  • Experiência em empresas de tecnologia, telecomunicações, engenharia, infraestrutura ou serviços.
  • Vivência em projetos de transformação organizacional, inovação jurídica e Legal Operations.
