En BTICINO DE MEXICO SA DE CV, buscamos Vendedor (a) Jr. de Proyectos, de nuestra línea de negocio de Iluminación, quien será el enlace clave entre el equipo comercial y los profesionales del sector construcción. Identificará oportunidades, presentará especificaciones técnicas y cerrará acuerdos que promuevan nuestras soluciones de waring devices y automatización, garantizando la satisfacción del cliente y el cumplimiento de los objetivos de venta.

Responsibilities

  • Prospectar y calificar proyectos de construcción que requieran accesorios eléctricos y sistemas de automatización.
  • Establecer y mantener relaciones estratégicas con desarrolladores, arquitectos y despachos de arquitectura.
  • Presentar propuestas técnicas y comerciales alineadas a los requerimientos del proyecto.
  • Negociar términos y cerrar ventas, asegurando el cumplimiento de metas mensuales.
  • Coordinar con los equipos internos de ingeniería y logística para la correcta entrega de productos.
  • Realizar seguimiento post‑venta y gestionar ampliaciones o renovaciones de contrato.
  • Elaborar reportes de avance de oportunidades y resultados de ventas.
  • Participar en ferias, eventos y presentaciones técnicas del sector.
  • Capacitar a clientes y socios sobre la aplicación y beneficios de los accesorios BTICINO.
  • Mantener actualizado el conocimiento de normativas y tendencias del mercado eléctrico.

Qualifications

  • Actitud positiva y proactividad para desarrollarse en el área comercial.
  • 1 a 5 años de experiencia en ventas de proyectos o soluciones técnicas.
  • Conocimiento sólido de accesorios eléctricos, waring devices y automatización.
  • Habilidad para interpretar y presentar especificaciones técnicas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
  • Capacidad para trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios y clientes exigentes.
  • Orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de metas de venta.
  • Manejo de herramientas CRM y paquete Office.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de la zona Metro y Sur de México.
  • Escolaridad: Ingeniería Eléctrica, Arquitectura, Mecatrónica o afín.
