1、负责智能眼镜整机音频链路质量测试，覆盖MIC收音效果、降噪算法、回声消除、远近场拾音、人声保真度等前端音频硬件+软件联合测试，保障日常通话、语音交互收音体验。 2、负责语音唤醒功能专项测试，包含固定词唤醒、自定义唤醒词、多轮唤醒、连续唤醒、低功耗唤醒、息屏/亮屏唤醒、后台驻留唤醒等全场景功能验证，把控唤醒灵敏度、唤醒成功率指标。 3、负责误唤醒专项测试，针对环境噪音、人声闲聊、电视音、音乐声、多人对话、方言、相似词汇、场景杂音等场景，测试设备抗误唤醒能力，统计误唤醒率，定位误唤醒根因并推动优化。 4、负责语音识别能力测试，覆盖标准普通话、方言、小声低语、远距离说话、嘈杂环境、断句说话、模糊语义、中英文混合等场景，验证语音识别准确率、文字纠错能力、语义匹配度。 5、完成各类复杂环境下的音频专项测试，包含风噪、底噪、环境降噪、人声增益、破音、杂音、断音、收音不均衡、远近切换异常等音频问题排查，输出专项测试报告与质量优化建议。 6、负责音频数据集采集、筛选、清洗与精准标注，按照算法迭代需求，采集不同场景、不同人声、不同环境噪音的音频数据，完成数据分类、标签标注、无效数据剔除、数据集规整，支撑语音算法训练、模型迭代优化。 7、搭建音频测试场景库、问题案例库、测试标准规范，持续沉淀穿戴设备音频测试方法论，跟进版本迭代、灰度测试、回归测试，完成版本音频质量准入准出评估。 8、对接算法、硬件、软件研发、产品团队，精准区分音频问题根因（硬件收音问题、算法降噪问题、软件逻辑问题、模型识别问题），推动问题闭环修复与效果验证。

1、本科及以上学历，2年及以上智能硬件、穿戴设备、手机音频/语音测试经验，有智能眼镜MIC、语音唤醒、误唤醒、ASR识别测试经验优先。 2、熟悉音频基础理论，了解MIC拾音原理、降噪算法（AEC、NR、AGC）、语音信号处理基础，能精准判别收音、音质、降噪、人声还原度优劣。 3、精通语音唤醒、防误唤醒、ASR语音识别专项测试方法，熟悉各类测试场景搭建、指标统计、问题定级标准，具备独立专项测试方案设计能力。 4、具备音频数据集采集、清洗、标注、归类实操经验，熟悉算法训练数据需求，能够高质量输出标准化音频数据集。 5、对音频细节、人声差异、环境杂音敏感度高，善于挖掘隐性、偶现音频问题，具备较强的问题复现、定位和复盘能力。 6、工作严谨细致，具备良好的质量风控意识、跨部门沟通推进能力，可独立负责智能眼镜音频模块全版本质量把控。
