计算机、人工智能等相关专业，硕士及以上学历。 5 年以上 AI 算法研发经验，有大模型应用或 Agent 系统研发经验。 熟悉 LLM/VLM、Agent Framework、RAG、Memory、Tool Calling、Planning 等相关技术。 具备复杂 AI 系统架构设计能力，能够推动算法链路从方案设计到产品落地。 熟悉 Python，有良好的工程实现能力。

加分项 有智能硬件、AR/VR、机器人、智能座舱等场景落地经验。 熟悉端侧 AI、模型优化、端云协同部署。 有大规模 AI 产品或智能助手研发经验。
