Camera 核心影像算法研发： 重点攻关空域/时域降噪（2D/3D NR）、多帧降噪（MFNR）、高动态范围（HDR）、Tone Mapping、边缘锐化与细节增强等关键画质算法。 画质增强与前沿算法探索： 针对暗光、复杂光照等极限场景，探索并落地基于轻量化深度学习或传统数学模型的图像增强、超分辨率（SR）、去模糊（Deblur）算法，突破传统 ISP 画质瓶颈。

教育背景： 计算机视觉、信号与信息处理、应用数学等相关专业，硕士及以上学历。 算法核心功底：扎实的传统图像处理基础，精通各类滤波、插值、色彩空间转换等底层算法原理。熟悉 Low-Level Vision 领域的深度学习算法（如应用于降噪、超分、HDR 的轻量化网络结构）。 工程落地能力：精通 C/C++ 和 Python，具备优秀的工程化代码编写习惯和内存管理意识。 综合素质： 追求极致的画质表现，具备“探究本质（First Principles）”的工程师精神，能快速定位并解决复杂场景下的影像疵点（Artifacts）。
