岗位职责： - 负责大模型相关算法项目的整体推进，制定并跟进项目计划、里程碑和交付节奏 - 作为算法、产品、工程、数据、业务等多方之间的核心接口，推动跨部门协作与资源对齐 - 跟进需求拆解、方案评审、开发与验证流程，保障项目按期、高质量落地 - 识别项目风险与依赖关系，及时协调解决过程中的问题与冲突 - 负责项目过程管理与信息同步，提升团队协作效率与透明度

任职要求： - 2年以上项目管理或技术/数据/算法相关项目经验，有跨团队协作经验 - 具备良好的沟通与协调能力，能够在多角色、多背景团队中推动共识 - 具备较强的执行力和推进能力，能同时管理多个并行项目 - 对AI / 大模型方向有基本理解，能与算法同学进行高效沟通 - 结果导向，具备良好的问题拆解与风险管理能力

加分项： - 有算法平台、AI应用或数据平台相关项目经验 - 有互联网或技术团队项目管理背景
