主要职责 1、负责搭建智能眼镜音频专项自动化测试体系，针对MIC前端收音效果、降噪、回声消除、远近场拾音能力，开发自动化评测脚本，实现音频音质、增益、底噪、破音、杂音等指标自动化采集与量化分析。 2、负责语音唤醒、误唤醒、ASR语音识别专项自动化能力建设，搭建自动化测试任务，实现唤醒率、误唤醒次数、识别准确率、响应时延等核心指标自动化统计、对比、告警，替代人工重复性评测。 3、独立研发音频数据处理工具，实现音频自动化采集、批量剪辑、静音切片、噪声分离、音频降噪预处理、自动化分类标注，提升语音数据集生产效率，为算法模型迭代提供高质量训练数据。 4、搭建标准化自动化测试场景库，覆盖安静环境、风噪、路噪、人声干扰、背景音乐、远近场、多语速、多方言、高低音量等复杂场景，实现全场景自动化回归与版本效果对比。 5、负责音频自动化框架的迭代优化，解决音频测试过程中设备控制、音频录取、信号对齐、数据抖动、结果偶现偏差等问题，提升自动化脚本稳定性、准确率与执行效率。 6、对接算法团队、音频硬件团队、软件研发团队，根据算法迭代需求开发对应的自动化评测工具与数据生产工具，支撑模型训练、效果对比、版本灰度评测。 7、将音频自动化测试任务接入CI/CD流水线，实现版本构建后自动触发音频回归测试、自动产出评测报告、指标自动比对，形成音频质量门禁能力。 8、沉淀音频测试开发规范、工具使用文档、自动化场景库，持续优化音频质量量化体系，推动音频测试从“人工主观评测”向“自动化量化评测”转型。

1、本科及以上学历，2-4年测试开发经验，有智能硬件/穿戴设备/手机音频语音测开经验优先，熟悉音频业务链路与语音交互逻辑。 2、熟练掌握Python开发，熟练使用Python进行脚本开发、工具封装、批量数据处理，具备独立自研测试工具的能力。 3、掌握基础音频信号处理知识，熟悉音频采样率、声道、信噪比、音量、频谱等基础概念，了解AEC、NR、AGC等音频算法基础原理。 4、具备音频自动化、语音自动化落地经验，能够独立开发唤醒、误唤醒、识别率自动化评测脚本，熟悉音频数据采集、清洗、标注全流程。 5、熟悉设备ADB/串口控制、外设音频设备联动控制，能够搭建自动化测试环境，解决端侧设备自动化适配问题。 6、具备工程化思维，熟悉CI/CD持续集成，能够将自研工具与自动化脚本接入流水线，实现常态化自动化回归。 7、逻辑清晰、自驱力强，具备较强的问题分析能力和技术优化意识，能够主动发现测试痛点并通过技术手段提效提质。
