算法专项验证：负责前沿空间交互算法（包括 3DoF、空间显示、眼动手势等）的深度测试用例设计与执行。在复杂环境与极限边界条件下，对算法的鲁棒性、延迟和准确性进行充分评估，并出具详尽的数据化测试报告。 产线标准建立：作为算法研发与制造端的核心桥梁，负责将实验室级别的算法验证方案转化为工厂可执行的标准化测试流程。主导撰写高质量的产线测试说明书、校准规范及操作教程（SOP）。 工程对接与闭环：与工厂工程团队及 NPI（新产品导入）团队紧密对接。跟进并闭环产线暴露的软硬件协同问题、传感器异常或算法失效 case，优化产线测试流程，提升直通率。 测试工具与数据协助： 协助搭建或维护算法测试的半自动化/自动化台架，配合算法团队进行特定场景下的数据采集与标注质量抽检，持续提升测试效率。

教育背景： 计算机、自动化、电子信息、光学工程或相关专业，本科及以上学历。 行业经验： 具备 2 年以上智能硬件、AR/VR、机器人或穿戴式设备的软硬件测试或质量保障（QA/TE）经验。有实际参与过 3DoF/6DoF 定位、眼动追踪、手势识别等算法评测经验者优先。 工程与文档能力： 具备严谨的工程思维与优秀的文档归纳撰写能力，能够独立输出逻辑清晰、指导性强的生产测试规范和产线教学文档。 工厂对接经验： 熟悉消费电子硬件的研发制造流程（NPI 流程），有实际驻厂联合调试经验，了解硬件产线的运作模式和测试站点设置者优先。 技术工具（加分项）： 熟悉 Python 或 Shell 脚本，能够使用简单的脚本工具辅助进行 Log 抓取、数据清洗或自动化测试跑流；了解 ADB 命令或有一定 C++/OpenCV 基础者更佳。 综合素质： 具备极强的责任心和自驱力，有出色的跨部门协同与沟通能力，能够适应快节奏的研发与量产交付环境。
