1. 产品全生命周期管理：基于AR观影用户需求，主导产品从需求调研、定义、规划、研发、测试、量产到上市后的迭代优化，确保产品按时、按质落地，对产品最终体验与市场表现负责。 2. 硬件与芯片选型：结合视频播放、系统运行、投屏传输等核心需求，主导芯片选型（兼顾性能、功耗、成本），协同硬件研发团队完成主板、接口、无线模块（投屏相关）等硬件方案定义 3. 系统与视频播放功能设计：重点聚焦视频播放核心能力（解码格式、分辨率、帧率、HDR/Dolby等画质认证适配）、投屏协议优化（确保与AR眼镜的连接稳定性、低延迟）、本地/在线视频资源管理、播放控制交互等设计，保障观影体验流畅性与画质表现。 4. 跨团队协同落地：联动软件研发（系统、视频解码、投屏模块）、硬件研发（结构、电路）、测试、供应链、生产等团队，明确各环节需求与里程碑，推动跨部门高效协作，解决研发、量产过程中的产品问题。 5. 成本与风险管控：在产品定义与研发过程中，平衡性能、体验与成本，主导关键物料选型的成本评估；识别产品研发、量产中的潜在风险，制定应对方案，保障项目顺利推进。

1. 本科及以上学历，电子信息、计算机、自动化、通信工程等相关专业优先，3年及以上硬件产品经理工作经验。 2. 有明确的显示器、电视、VR、MR、掌机、Pad、手机等硬件产品完整生命周期落地经验，熟悉硬件研发流程、物料选型、量产管理，能独立主导硬件产品从0到1落地。 3. 精通IPD流程，具备从需求定义、立项、研发到量产、迭代的全流程实操经验，能有效推动跨部门协同与项目管控。 4. 具备研发背景，有基带通信、硬件电路设计经验者优先；或具备扎实的软件开发背景，熟悉嵌入式系统、视频解码技术、投屏协议（如Wi-Fi Display、AirPlay、自研协议等）者优先。 5. 深入了解视频播放相关技术，熟悉主流视频编码格式（H.264/H.265/AV1等）、画质认证（HDR10、Dolby Vision）、分辨率/帧率适配，能主导视频播放体验的优化设计。
