Camera 系统架构定义：负责主导 AI/AR 眼镜的整体 Camera 架构设计。根据产品定义，规划单摄/双摄/多摄形态（包含影像拍摄，AI感知）。 核心器件选型与前瞻评估：主导 Camera Sensor 及镜头的选型与技术预研。 底层软件与性能攻关：带领团队负责 Camera HAL/Framework 层的架构设计与开发，攻坚高负载场景下的系统性能瓶颈。 画质体系建设与调优：建立并完善适用于 AI 眼镜的画质（Image Quality）主客观测评体系。统筹 ISP 调优工作，在满足人类视觉（高质量拍照/录像）的同时，兼顾机器视觉（算法端对快门速度、信噪比的严苛要求）的画质妥协与平衡。 团队管理与跨部门协同：作为 Camera 领域的第一责任人，与算法、光学、结构及工厂产线工程团队无缝对接，拉通各项软硬件 Camera 议题，保障量产交付。

教育背景：计算机、电子工程、自动化、光电等相关专业，本科及以上学历。 行业经验：具有多年智能手机、运动相机或高端穿戴设备的 Camera 系统研发经验。 硬件与架构功底：对主流 CIS（CMOS Image Sensor）厂商的技术路线有深刻理解，熟悉各类 Sensor 的底层物理特性。 软件与系统能力：精通 Android/Linux Camera 架构（Camera HAL3/V4L2 框架），具备丰富的底层驱动及中间件开发经验。 画质与 IQ 经验：熟悉主流 SoC 的 ISP 图像处理管线，了解 3A（AE/AWB/AF）算法运作机制，能独立主导画质评测标准制定并把控最终交付质量。 综合素质： 具备大局观和优秀的跨部门统筹能力，能在复杂的系统工程中做出技术判断和 tradeoff。
