关于我们 RayNeo 雷鸟创新是一家专注于 AI+AR 智能眼镜的科技公司。我们希望通过下一代智能眼镜，让科技真正融入人们的日常生活。 现在，我们正在寻找一位懂海外互联网文化、热爱科技、脑洞够大的创意伙伴，一起打造让全球年轻人愿意观看、讨论和分享的社交媒体内容。 岗位职责 1. 海外社媒创意策划 负责 RayNeo 全球社媒账号的创意内容策划，主要覆盖 Instagram、TikTok、YouTube、X、Reddit 等平台。 独立提出有趣、有传播潜力的内容创意，包括短视频、Meme、热点内容、产品创意和社交 Campaign。 将 AI、AR 等科技产品的功能转化为海外用户真正感兴趣的内容，而不是传统的产品广告。 2. 海外趋势与文化洞察 深度关注欧美社交媒体文化、互联网热点、流行梗、创作者生态和年轻人的生活方式。 快速捕捉海外热点，并结合品牌和产品找到有趣的内容切入点。 研究全球科技品牌和优秀创作者的内容玩法，持续为团队提供新鲜的创意灵感。 3. 创意内容落地 能够独立撰写英文创意文案、视频脚本、社媒 Caption 和 Campaign Idea。 与设计师、视频制作团队、海外运营及 KOL 团队合作，推动创意从想法变成实际内容。 参与海外 KOL、创作者的内容共创，确保内容符合当地文化与表达习惯。
