1、负责公司智能眼镜终端、手机APP客户端整体自动化测试体系建设，独立完成端侧自动化框架选型、架构设计、分层封装、迭代优化，搭建适配穿戴设备+手机联动场景的稳定自动化测试体系。 2、基于Python独立开发、维护智能眼镜端、Android/iOS手机APP自动化测试脚本，覆盖设备蓝牙连接、设备控制、穿戴端功能、APP交互、端云联动、多设备协同、核心业务全流程回归场景。 3、针对端侧设备测试痛点，进行定制化能力开发，包括控件适配、设备异常兼容、稳定性压测、离线/在线场景适配、弱网/断连恢复等专项自动化能力落地。 4、负责接口自动化测试体系搭建，完成前后端接口、设备通信接口自动化脚本开发，实现业务接口全量回归，联动UI自动化形成端到端测试能力。 5、持续进行测试效能优化，独立研发内部测试小工具、批量执行工具、日志解析工具、测试数据生成工具，解决端侧测试效率低、人工回归量大、问题复现难等痛点。 6、对接研发、产品、测试团队，参与需求评审、技术方案评审，输出自动化测试策略、测试方案，持续沉淀自动化规范、落地自动化准入与准出标准。 7、对接CI/CD流程，将自动化测试接入流水线，实现代码提交、版本构建、 nightly 自动化回归、测试结果统计与质量门禁，持续提升版本交付质量。 8、负责自动化脚本稳定性维护、失败用例分析、根因定位、脚本迭代优化，持续提升自动化通过率、覆盖率与执行效率。

1、本科及以上学历，2-4年测试开发/端侧自动化测试开发经验，有智能穿戴设备、智能硬件、手机APP自动化框架搭建经验者优先。 2、熟练掌握Python等编程语言，熟练使用Python等语言进行面向对象开发、模块封装、工具开发、脚本优化，具备独立框架二次开发和封装能力。 3、熟练掌握移动端APP自动化技术，熟悉主流UI自动化框架原理及适配逻辑，有Android/iOS双端自动化落地经验。 4、具备智能硬件/端侧设备自动化实战经验，了解设备蓝牙、串口、ADB、设备指令控制等端侧交互方式，能够解决设备联动自动化各类适配问题。 5、熟练掌握接口自动化测试，熟悉HTTP/HTTPS接口协议，能独立完成接口自动化框架搭建、用例开发、数据断言、接口依赖处理。 6、熟悉CI/CD持续集成流程，掌握Jenkins等工具，可独立完成自动化流水线搭建、定时任务配置、测试报告输出、质量门禁配置。 7、具备良好的代码思维和质量思维，擅长分析自动化失败根因，能持续优化框架稳定性、执行速度和用例复用性，具备独立解决复杂问题的能力。 8、工作严谨、逻辑清晰，具备良好的跨团队沟通能力和项目推进能力，有较强的技术沉淀和团队赋能意识。
