岗位职责 1. 负责智能硬件产品（AR/XR 眼镜、可穿戴设备等）从立项到量产交付的全流程项目管理，制定项目计划、里程碑与资源配置，确保项目按质、按量、按期交付； 2. 统筹硬件、软件、结构、光学、ID 设计、供应链、质量、市场等跨部门团队协同，明确各环节交付物与接口，组织项目例会与技术评审； 3. 跟踪项目进度、成本、质量与风险，及时识别偏差与风险点，制定应对措施并推动闭环，重大问题及时升级； 4. 负责关键里程碑（EVT/DVT/PVT/MP）的评审组织与决策推进，管控变更流程，确保设计冻结与转产顺利； 5. 协调供应链与制造端资源，推动试产、量产导入及交付爬坡，解决量产过程中的突发问题； 6. 沉淀项目管理流程与最佳实践，持续优化项目管理体系与工具。

1. 本科及以上学历，电子 / 通信 / 机械 / 工业工程等相关专业，3 年以上消费电子 / 智能硬件行业整机项目管理经验； 2. 有 AR/VR/ 可穿戴设备 / 智能手机等产品从 0 到 1 完整项目交付经验者优先； 3. 熟悉硬件开发流程（NPI）与质量管理体系，了解电子、结构、光学等基本技术原理，能与研发团队有效对话； 4. 具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调与资源整合能力，能在多方利益冲突中推动共识与落地； 5. 具备较强的风险预判与问题解决能力，抗压能力强，适应快节奏项目环境； 6. PMP/PRINCE2 等项目管理认证者优先，熟练使用 Project/Jira/ 飞书等项目管理工具。
