1.负责智能眼镜端多模态交互核心算法研发与落地，重点攻克实时音视频问答、视觉记忆相关技术难题，保障设备端算法高效稳。 2.主导音视频、文本、图像等多模态数据融合处理，设计优化多模态语义理解、跨模态检索等核心模块，提升交互精准度与流畅。 3.针对视觉记忆场景，研发图像/视频内容特征提取、匹配及高效存储算法，实现场景快速记忆、精准召回与智能问答交互。 4.负责多模态算法的云端部署方案设计与实现，完成算法性能调优，保障实时性要求(如控制音视频问答响应延迟)。 5.跨团队协作产品、软件研发团队，明确技术需求，推动算法方案落地验证与迭代，解决项目技术瓶颈。

1.计算机科学与技术、电子信息、人工智能等相关专业，硕士及以上学历;博士学历或有相关领域突出成果者优先。 2.精通多模态数据融合、语义理解、跨模态检索技术，熟练堂握图像,视频特征提取、匹配及存储算法，深耕视觉记忆、实时音视运用PyTorch/TensorFlow，具备扎实调优能力。 3.具备算法工程化经验，熟悉多模态算法云端部署；了解记忆系统者优先;能解决音视频问答延迟等实时性问题，精通性能调优3稳定运行；有大规模数据处理及迭代经验者优先。 4.具备较强的问题解决能力、团队协作意识，对新技术敏感，能快速跟进行业前沿并落地实践。
