职位要求 5年以上UI/UX视觉设计经验，有操作系统、智能硬件、车机HMI或大型移动互联网产品背景者优先。 有从0到1主导或重度参与大型产品视觉风格定义的案例。 精通Figma，熟悉设计系统与组件的搭建逻辑。 扎实的美术功底与审美力，对色彩、构图、字体、间距有经得起验证的判断力，作品呈现出专业训练的痕迹。 结构化思维能力，不只能做出漂亮的单张图，更能把感性的设计拆解为可复用的理性规则，用系统而非直觉去解决问题。 细节偏执，能察觉一个像素的错位、一个色值的偏差，并对此感到不适。

加分项： 对AI时代的硬件产品美学有独立思考和见解。 有动效思维，能将动态表达纳入视觉设计考量。 全面参与已上市销售的C端消费电子业务。
