1. 精通 Android 显示框架（SurfaceFlinger、HWComposer、DisplayManager、Gralloc）。 2. 熟悉 Linux Kernel 显示子系统（DRM/KMS、Framebuffer、Panel 驱动）。 3. 了解 GPU 渲染管线（OpenGL ES/Vulkan） 及硬件合成原理。 4. 熟练使用 调试工具（systrace、perfetto、adb dumpsys SurfaceFlinger、gpuinspector） 进行问题定位。 5. 3-5 年 Android 系统开发经验，至少有 2 个完整平台显示子系统开发/优化经验。 6. 有 AR/VR 显示项目经验 者优先（如双目同步、低延迟渲染）。
