The posting

1.负责AI+AR设备OS系统软件、一方应用及配套手机APP的产品策划与端到端落地,对软件产品的整体规划、节奏与最终质量负责。 2.主导AI+AR核心使用场景的需求分析与体验设计,定义创新的的交互范式、用户体验与商业模式,构建产品的差异化竞争力。 3.牵头制定软件产品的中长期路线图(Roadmap)与版本规划,对齐;公司战略与产品线目标,并推动跨周期的迭代落地。 4.带领并辅导产品团队成员:指导需求文档(PRD)与方案产出,建立并执行需求评审与交付验收标准,把控团队整体产出质量,助力团队成员的专业成长。 5.作为软件规划代表,深度参与产品线整机项目从0到1的全过程,与硬件、结构、ID等团队协同,为整机产品的软件完成度与竞争力负责。 6.联合用户运营、设计、研发、市场团队持续交付并迭代产品,沉淀产品方法论,建立并经营产品的用户口碑。 7.持续洞察AI+AR行业与软件生态的发展趋势,前瞻性研判新场场景、新交互、新体验,为团队和产品方向提供判断与校准。

1.全日制本科及以上学历,6年及以上互联网/智能硬件软件产品/手机、平板、电视OS产品规划经验,其中具备团队管理或核心产品owner经验者优先。 2.具备完整的软件/互联网产品从0到1设计与落地经验,主导或深度参与过百万级以上用户规模产品者优先。 3.优秀的逻辑思维、结构化思考与跨团队沟通协调能力,能独立负责软件产品规划,并有效调动研发、设计等资源推动落地。 4.熟练使用主流原型与协作工具,具备出色的PRD撰写与方案表达能力,并能为团队建立文档与交付标准。 5.了解AR/XR行业相关技术、场景与应用,热爱科技,思维开阔,对前沿产品形态有强烈好奇心与判断力。 6.了解AI技术发展趋势与产品化路径,有成熟AI相关项目落地经验者优先。
