1，博士学历，计算光学或计算机视觉相关专业 (可校招)。 2，深刻理解 AR/VR 设备的近眼显示系统（NED），对波导衍射特性或几何光学有理论基础。 3，具备扎实的多视图几何（Multi-view Geometry）与计算机视觉基础，熟悉常见手眼标定（Hand-Eye Calibration）与传感器联合标定原理，对 SLAM 等有清晰的工程认知。 4，拥有强烈的求知欲和跨学科攻坚能力，愿意在光学和计算机视觉交叉领域做出贡献。
