1、负责智能眼镜整机系统稳定性专项测试，独立搭建Monkey压力测试方案，定制适配眼镜业务的随机事件、复合事件、场景遍历策略，开展高频压测、暴力压测、混合场景压力测试，挖掘系统崩溃、卡死、重启、闪退、进程异常、服务挂掉等问题。 2、负责MTBF平均无故障时间可靠性测试，搭建7*24h长效稳定性运行任务，制定整机稳态运行规范、日志留存规范、异常监控机制，统计系统无故障运行时长，评估整机长效可靠性指标。 3、深度挖掘智能眼镜系统边界稳定性、容错稳定性、异常场景稳定性，覆盖频繁启停、前后台高频切换、多应用并发驻留、休眠唤醒循环、蓝牙/WiFi频繁联动、外设频繁交互、长时间录投屏、高负载场景叠加等边界场景，挖掘渐进式、偶现、低概率稳定性问题。 4、负责系统核心进程、系统服务、常驻后台服务的稳定性监控测试，重点排查长时间运行后的内存累积、资源泄露、进程僵死、服务重启、系统逐步卡顿等隐性稳态问题。 5、负责稳定性测试自动化能力建设，基于Python开发稳定性压测脚本、场景遍历脚本、异常监控脚本、日志自动分析脚本、MTBF数据统计脚本，实现稳定性任务自动化执行、异常自动捕获、数据自动汇总，提升稳定性测试效率与问题捕获率。 6、针对稳定性测试出现的死机、重启、卡死、闪退、服务异常、功能失效等问题，抓取系统日志、崩溃日志、进程日志，精准定位问题场景与根因范围，推动系统、应用、底层研发修复并闭环验证。 7、建立智能眼镜稳定性测试基线、稳定性准入准出标准、问题分级标准，沉淀稳定性场景库、专项测试规范、典型问题案例库，持续优化整机可靠性质量。 8、跟进版本迭代、灰度放量、线上稳定性数据监控，针对版本稳定性波动、崩溃率、重启率劣化，开展专项复盘与回归补强，持续提升整机系统稳定性。

1、本科及以上学历，2-4年智能硬件/安卓终端/智能眼镜系统稳定性测试经验，有Monkey压测、MTBF可靠性专项实战经验优先。 2、精通终端系统稳定性测试体系，熟练掌握Monkey压测策略、事件配置、压力模型、异常判定标准，具备独立设计整机稳定性压测方案的能力。 3、熟练掌握MTBF可靠性测试方法、长效任务搭建、数据统计、指标评估机制，具备整机长期稳态质量评估能力。 4、掌握Python基础开发能力，能够独立编写稳定性自动化脚本、压测遍历脚本、日志解析脚本，具备稳定性自动化落地经验。 5、熟悉Android系统底层机制，了解进程管理、服务机制、资源调度、内存管理，能够快速定位系统卡死、重启、进程异常等稳定性问题。 6、具备极强的低概率问题敏感度、场景挖掘能力，擅长挖掘隐性、渐进式、叠加式稳定性缺陷。 7、具备独立专项质量建设能力，逻辑严谨、责任心强，具备良好的复盘优化与跨团队推进能力。
