1. 主导公司平台化软件中后台产品规划与全生命周期管理，覆盖账号体系、支付体系、升级平台、云服务 / 存储、FAQ 系统、搭建一体化平台基础设施，支撑业务高效运转； 2. 洞察内外部用户需求，结合行业趋势与技术可行性，制定产品 roadmap，明确各模块阶段目标、优先级及落地路径； 3. 与前台业务与体验产品经理共同为端到端的用户产品体验与产品竞争力负责任

1. 本科及以上学历，3 年以上中后台产品经理经验，有平台化软件（账号 / 支付 / 云服务等）经验优先。 2. 熟悉中后台产品设计方法论，有从 0 到 1 搭建核心系统经验，能独立完成需求分析、规划、原型、PRD 全流程。 3. 深入理解账号权限 / 安全、支付合规 / 对账、云服务资源调度、官网 / 论坛用户体验设计。 4. 逻辑思维、数据分析、问题解决能力强，能拆解复杂需求，平衡体验与业务目标。 5. 跨团队沟通与项目推动能力优秀，抗压性强，结果导向。 6. 有 To B / 企业服务 / SaaS 经验优先；了解云计算、API 设计、数据库、web 前端者加分。
