1、负责智能眼镜整机系统及核心业务的性能基准测试建设，搭建标准化、可复用的性能测试环境，统一测试流程与采样规范，完成应用启动、页面切换、交互操作、前后台切换等全场景响应时延量化采集与基线固化。 2、负责系统资源专项性能测试，常态化监测CPU使用率、GPU负载、显存占用、内存PSS/VSS占用、帧率、渲染耗时等核心指标，建立版本性能监控台账，精准识别版本迭代中的性能指标劣化、资源异常占用问题。 3、负责深度性能瓶颈挖掘与根因分析，针对高频操作、多应用并发、长时间连续运行、场景频繁切换等负载场景，重点排查系统卡顿、交互延迟升高、资源占用堆积、GPU渲染异常、帧率波动、内存泄漏等隐性性能问题，推动系统框架、业务代码、渲染逻辑优化。 4、负责性能自动化体系建设，基于Python独立开发性能场景自动化遍历脚本、性能指标自动采集脚本、数据解析与统计脚本、自动化回归用例，实现核心业务场景性能常态化自动测试、数据自动输出、结果自动对比。 5、负责整机稳定性性能测试，覆盖高频迭代操作、多应用交替启动运行、频繁前后台切换、长期后台驻留、休眠唤醒循环等场景，挖掘长期运行下的内存累积、进程资源占用异常、渐进式卡顿等稳态性能问题。 6、搭建智能眼镜专属性能指标体系，制定性能基线、版本准入准出标准、性能劣化判定阈值，对迭代版本、灰度版本进行性能对比与质量拦截，保障整机流畅度体验稳定可控。 7、对接系统研发、业务开发、测试团队，输出专业的性能测试报告、瓶颈分析报告、性能优化建议，全程跟进性能问题修复、回归验证、问题复盘，沉淀性能测试规范与落地方法论。 8、持续优化性能自动化方案，迭代脚本稳定性与场景覆盖率，接入版本迭代回归流程，实现性能自动化常态化落地，提升性能测试效率与问题发现率。

1、本科及以上学历，2-4年移动端/智能硬件系统性能测试经验，有智能眼镜、穿戴设备、Android系统整机性能测试经验优先。 2、精通移动端/端侧设备性能测试体系，熟练掌握时延、CPU、GPU、内存、帧率、渲染性能专项测试方法，能够独立搭建标准化性能测试环境、统一测试基准。 3、熟练使用主流性能测试与分析工具，可独立完成性能数据采集、日志解析、堆栈分析、瓶颈定位，具备极强的深度性能问题挖掘能力。 4、熟练掌握Python编程语言，能够独立开发性能采集、场景遍历、数据处理、自动化回归脚本，具备性能自动化体系从零到一落地经验。 5、熟悉Android系统底层机制，了解进程管理、内存管理、UI渲染机制、GPU绘制原理，可精准区分业务逻辑、系统框架、渲染链路导致的各类性能问题。 6、具备性能基线搭建、版本性能对比、性能风险预判能力，对渐进式、偶现式隐性性能问题敏感度高。 7、逻辑严谨、责任心强，具备独立模块质量把控能力与跨团队问题推进能力，可独立负责整机系统性能质量交付。
