1. 负责测试开发团队的日常管理与梯队建设，包括人员招聘、培养、绩效管理与技术氛围打造； 2. 主导公司级测试平台的架构设计与落地，覆盖用例管理、任务调度、结果分析与质量看板等核心能力，持续提升测试基础设施的平台化水平； 3. 设计并构建跨平台自动化测试框架，支撑多机型、多形态智能终端的 UI 自动化与接口自动化测试需求； 4. 负责测试技术架构的选型与演进规划，保障平台与框架的稳定性、可扩展性和易用性； 5. 推动自动化测试在版本测试、回归测试与 CI/CD 流水线中的深度应用，提升整体测试效率与质量保障水位； 6. 与研发、项目管理团队协作制定质量策略与测试技术路线，沉淀测试规范与最佳实践并推动落地。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程或相关专业； 2. 5 年以上测试或测试开发工作经验，具备测试平台 / 测试工具的实际开发经验，主导过平台级测试产品或核心模块的设计与交付； 3. 具备跨平台自动化测试框架的构建经验，熟悉 Appium、Playwright、Airtest 等主流框架中的一种或多种，覆盖 Android、iOS、Windows、Web 中至少两类平台的自动化技术栈； 4. 具备架构设计能力，能够独立完成测试平台与自动化框架的整体架构设计、技术选型与演进规划； 5. 有实际的团队管理经验，具备人员培养、任务分配与跨团队协作推动能力； 6. 熟练掌握至少一门开发语言（Python / Java / Go 等），具备良好的工程化意识与代码质量意识。
