1、主导AR眼镜软件基线项目管理,制定测试目标、范围、策略及进度,保障项目高质量交付。 2、前置深度参与手机软件需求与价值点场景分析,从用户及测试视角提出专业建议,支撑价值点场景技术指标拆解; 3、优化AR眼镜软件测试流程规范,引入先进测试技术与工具,推动测试业务能力持续迭代,提升测试效能。 4、实时跟踪测试问题,组织团队定位解决,协调资源推进缺陷修复,降低产品上线风险。 5、定期汇报项目进展、风险及质量情况,输出清晰报告,为决策提供依据

1、本科及以上学历,计算机科学与技术、软件工程、通信工程等相关专业优先; 2、具备6年以上手机或IOT测试行业软件测试工作经验,对手机操作系统(如安卓、鸿蒙)、应用软件、硬件交互测试有深入理解; 3、具备在大厂有过2年及以上软件测试项目管理经验,成功主导过至少2-4个手机或IOT软件测试项目交付; 5、精通软件测试理论和方法,具备较强的测试设计和分析能力,掌握常见的灰白盒测试技术; 6、具备良好的团队管理和沟通协调能力,能够有效推动跨部门协作;
