L'assistant(e) de vie accompagne un public fragile — personnes âgées ou personnes en situation de handicap — dans l'exécution des tâches de la vie quotidienne. Salarié(e) de l'agence ou de la franchise O2, vous intervenez au domicile d'un ou de plusieurs clients et dépendez hiérarchiquement du responsable d'agence.

Vos missions

Déterminées en fonction des besoins, demandes et attentes des clients :

Actes de la vie quotidienne Accompagner et aider, dans le respect des limites d'intervention : toilette, habillage, alimentation, continence, déplacements, transferts.

Alimentation Aider à préparer les repas en tenant compte d'éventuels régimes alimentaires, réaliser les courses, accompagner la prise des repas.

Entretien du cadre de vie Effectuer les tâches ménagères courantes (vitres, lessives…), aider à l'aménagement de l'espace dans un but sécuritaire.

Mobilité et vie sociale Accompagner lors des sorties et loisirs, stimuler les capacités intellectuelles et sensorielles (promenades, visites chez le médecin, jeux de société…).

Gestion administrative Accompagner et aider dans les démarches administratives (courriers, classement…).

Coordination Repérer les modifications d'une situation (évolution de l'état de santé…) et partager à sa hiérarchie tout changement constaté dans l'accompagnement du client.

Ces missions sont exécutées avec une plus ou moins grande autonomie selon les demandes des clients et le niveau de prestation, et doivent s'adapter à l'environnement de chaque client.

Conditions de travail

  • Contrat : CDI, temps complet ou temps partiel
  • Disponibilité : jusqu'à 21h idéalement, du lundi au samedi. Travail possible le dimanche et les jours fériés.
  • Week-ends : 1 week-end sur 2 minimum
  • Temps plein : des prestations de ménage sont également intégrées au planning
  • Lieu de travail : le domicile des clients, avec des déplacements d'un domicile à l'autre
  • Secteurs concernés : Noisy-le-Grand et Vincennes, Noiseau, La Queue-en-Brie, Ormesson-sur-Marne et Le Plessis-Trévise.

Profil recherché

Diplôme requis :

  • Bac ASSP (Accompagnement, soins et services à la personne)
  • ou Diplôme d'État d'assistant(e) de vie aux familles (DEAVF)
  • ou BEP sanitaire et social
  • ou tout diplôme de niveau 3 dans le sanitaire et social

À défaut de diplôme : une expérience vérifiable de 3 ans minimum dans l'assistance à un public fragile (vieillissement ou handicap) est indispensable.

Si le candidat ne remplit pas ces critères, une période d'adaptation à l'emploi peut être proposée.

  • Capacité d'adaptation aux divers contextes de travail, attentes et habitudes ; flexibilité dans la réalisation des prestations
  • Politesse, courtoisie, ponctualité
  • Discrétion face aux éléments de vie privée
  • Empathie, sens du service et patience
  • Capacité à communiquer à l'oral et à l'écrit en français
  • Capacité de prise d'initiative, d'organisation et de planification
  • Résistance physique
  • Capacité à apprécier l'évolution de dépendance du public fragile
  • Capacité à travailler en autonomie, sens des responsabilités, capacité à prendre du recul
  • Propreté et présentation correcte

Prérequis pratiques

  • Mobilité indispensable : accepter de se déplacer entre les domiciles, avec parfois des temps de trajet assez long (le permis B est un plus)
  • Autonomie numérique : savoir consulter son planning sur smartphone et utiliser l'application O2
