The posting

Titre de poste : Technicien support itinérant Localisation : Ile de France (Principalement 92) Horaires : En journée 09H00-17h00 Jours travaillés : Du lundi au vendredi (repos le Week end) Rémunération : 25K à 28K euros brut annuel Lieu de travail : Présentiel

Le technicien support itinérant F/H se déplace dans différents lieux (bureaux, agences) pour installer, réparer ou mettre à jour du matériel informatique.

Attendus :

-Autonomie (le consultant gère souvent son agenda seul)

-Réactivité

-Polyvalence (le consultant peut être amené à intervenir chez différents clients ou bien des branches diverses d’une même entreprise)

-Rigueur

-Organisation

Langues :

Français Niveau C1 obligatoire

Anglais B1 minimum

Environnements techniques :

Windows 10/11, Office 365, Suite Microsoft, Teams, Excel, GLPI, Service Now, Zendesk, JIRA, TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Active Directory, WSUS, Intune, Outlook, Exchange, Powershell, téléphonie VOIP et TOIP, tablette, Android et IOS, imprimante, scanner…

NB : La maîtrise de tous les outils listés n’est pas requise dès l’entrée ; une formation est prévue en début de mission, avec un accompagnement par un référent AMG IT.

Les missions principales :

1. Installation et mise en service des équipements

•Installer et configurer du matériel informatique (PC, serveurs, imprimantes, réseaux...) ou industriel.

•Assurer la mise en service des logiciels et applications métiers.

•Vérifier le bon fonctionnement après l’installation et effectuer des tests.

2. Maintenance et dépannage

•Diagnostiquer les pannes et proposer des solutions adaptées.

•Réparer ou remplacer les composants défectueux.

•Effectuer la maintenance préventive pour éviter les pannes (mise à jour, contrôle des performances...).

3. Assistance et formation des utilisateurs

•Expliquer aux clients ou aux employés comment utiliser le matériel ou les logiciels.

•Répondre aux questions et assurer un suivi pour garantir une bonne prise en main.

4. Gestion des interventions et reporting

•Planifier ses déplacements en fonction des demandes et des urgences.

•Rédiger des comptes rendus d’intervention et mettre à jour les dossiers clients.

•Remonter les incidents récurrents aux équipes techniques pour améliorer la qualité du service.

5. Respect des procédures et sécurité

•Appliquer les consignes de sécurité sur site.

•Veiller à la conformité des installations selon les normes en vigueur.

•Assurer la gestion des stocks de pièces détachées et d’outils nécessaires aux interventions.
