Le poste

L'assistant(e) ménager(ère) effectue l'ensemble des tâches nécessaires à l'entretien de la maison. Salarié(e) de l'agence ou de la franchise O2, vous intervenez au domicile d'un ou de plusieurs clients et dépendez hiérarchiquement du responsable d'agence.

Vos missions

Les tâches sont déterminées en fonction des demandes des clients et du niveau de prestation :

  • Ménage du domicile
  • Entretien du linge
  • Repassage
  • Préparation des repas
  • Récupération des courses au drive, passage au pressing…

Conditions de travail

  • Contrat : CDI, temps complet ou temps partiel
  • Disponibilité : de 8h à 19h, du lundi au samedi. Les horaires sont réguliers et liés aux besoins du client : ils s'expriment en heures. Une disponibilité régulière est nécessaire.
  • Lieu de travail : le domicile des clients, avec des déplacements d'un domicile à l'autre Secteurs concernés : Noisy-le-Grand et Vincennes, Noiseau, La Queue-en-Brie, Ormesson-sur-Marne et Le Plessis-Trévise.

Profil recherché

Aucune expérience n'est exigée. Nous recherchons avant tout des personnes motivées et sérieuses.

Une première expérience professionnelle ou personnelle dans l'entretien à domicile ou de locaux est un plus. Les compétences sont évaluées lors d'une mise en situation. Les formations de type CAP ou BEP dans les domaines du sanitaire, de la propreté ou de l'hôtellerie sont appréciables mais pas indispensables.

  • Propreté et présentation correcte
  • Capacité à communiquer à l'oral et à l'écrit en français
  • Capacité de prise d'initiative et d'organisation

Prérequis pratiques

  • Mobilité indispensable : accepter de se déplacer entre les domiciles, avec parfois des temps de trajet assez longs (le permis B est un plus)
  • Autonomie numérique : savoir consulter son planning sur smartphone et utiliser l'application O2

Le processus de recrutement

Une immersion de quelques jours est proposée avant l'embauche, pour découvrir le métier et confirmer le projet.

Évolution possible

Le poste d'assistant(e) ménager(ère) référent(e) remplaçant(e) à temps plein permet d'intervenir en toute autonomie dans le cadre de prestations d'assistance (retour d'hospitalisation, immobilisation…) ou en remplacement de collègues. O2 met à disposition une voiture de service, et prend entièrement en charge les frais d'essence et de parking. Les déplacements s'effectuent sur l'ensemble du secteur couvert par l'agence (maximum 30 km). Ce poste demande une disponibilité minimum de 35h/semaine sur une large amplitude horaire, samedi matin inclus.

Plusieurs niveaux de qualification existent pour ce poste, en fonction des expériences, aptitudes et diplômes du candidat.
