Deine Mission

Du sorgst dafür, dass Governance und Compliance bei uns nicht nur auf dem Papier stehen, sondern gelebt werden, und treibst deren Weiterentwicklung gemeinsam mit dem Team voran. So setzt du deine Mission im Arbeitsalltag um:

  • Du nimmst Aufgaben im Regulatory Monitoring im Rahmen der Compliance-Funktion wahr
  • Du führst Compliance-Kontrollhandlungen und Wirksamkeitsprüfungen des internen Kontrollsystems durch, inklusive Dokumentation und Bewertung der Ergebnisse
  • Du berätst die Fachbereiche zu regulatorischen Anforderungen und deren praktischer Umsetzung
  • Du entwickelst das interne Kontrollsystem kontinuierlich weiter und erstellst sowie aktualisierst interne Richtlinien und Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Du berätst und begleitest Projekte sowie neue Produkte und Prozesse mit Compliance-Bezug und koordinierst Compliance-Vorhaben über Fachbereichsgrenzen hinweg

Was Du mitbringst

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du bringst mindestens drei Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in Compliance, Revision, Risikomanagement oder im Prüfungsumfeld eines regulierten Finanzinstituts mit
  • Du verfügst idealerweise bereits über Kenntnisse der MaRisk sowie angrenzender regulatorischer Anforderungen (z. B. KWG, EBA-Leitlinien, BaFin-Vorgaben) und hast Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Überwachung dieser sowie im Umgang mit internen Kontrollsystemen und Risikomanagement
  • Du denkst ausgeprägt analytisch, arbeitest strukturiert und selbstständig, kommunizierst sicher und überzeugst mit deinen Argumenten
  • Du bist teamorientiert, übernimmst Verantwortung mit hoher Eigeninitiative, arbeitest gerne interdisziplinär und lösungsorientiert und verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
