Deine Mission

Als Senior Accountant übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle im Rechnungswesen. Du stellst gemeinsam mit dem Team sicher, dass unsere Finanzprozesse zuverlässig laufen, unsere Abschlüsse höchsten Qualitätsstandards entsprechen und wir den Anforderungen eines dynamisch wachsenden Unternehmens jederzeit gerecht werden.

  • Du verantwortest die Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB sowie das Konzernreporting nach IFRS.
  • Du stellst die ordnungsgemäße Bilanzierung sowie die Einhaltung handels- und steuerrechtlicher Vorgaben sicher.
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater, Behörden und interne Stakeholder.
  • Du optimierst Prozesse im Rechnungswesen, treibst deren Digitalisierung voran und arbeitest eng mit der Konzernrechnungslegung zusammen.
  • Du bringst dein Fachwissen aktiv ein, um unsere Accounting-Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Was Du mitbringst

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder Controlling oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung, z. B. als Bilanzbuchhalter.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen oder Accounting.
  • Sehr fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung nach HGB und IFRS.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Steuerrecht, insbesondere im Bereich Umsatzsteuer.
  • Eine strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch.
  • Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten.
