Mit der Gründung unserer Tochtergesellschaft in Österreich wachsen wir weiter – und Du kannst von Anfang an dabei sein! Unser Team teilt eine gemeinsame Leidenschaft: Leistung und Erfolg! Dafür suchen wir Dich zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Innsbruck als Leasing Specialist (m/w/d).

Als Leasing Specialist bist Du das Herzstück unserer operativen Leasingprozesse in Österreich. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kundenverträge reibungslos abgewickelt werden, die Bonität unserer Vertragspartner stets im Blick bleibt und unsere Kunden sowie Geschäftspartner jederzeit erstklassig betreut werden. Du arbeitest in einem modernen, flexiblen Umfeld vor Ort in Innsbruck und gestaltest aktiv den Aufbau unseres österreichischen Standorts mit.

Deine Mission

  • Du prüfst Leasingverträge auf Vollständigkeit, Richtigkeit und Rechtskonformität
  • Du triffst Kreditentscheidungen eigenverantwortlich im eingeräumten Kompetenzrahmen und überwachst die Bonität unserer Vertragspartner
  • Du bist zentrale Anlaufstelle für Kunden und Geschäftspartner – von der Vertragsberatung bis zur lösungsorientierten Korrespondenz
  • Du koordinierst das Tagesgeschäft in enger Abstimmung mit dem Team und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe
  • Du gestaltest aktiv den Aufbau unserer österreichischen Gesellschaft mit und bringst eigene Ideen ein

Was Du mitbringst

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung – idealerweise mit Bezug zu Finanzdienstleistungen oder Leasing
  • Du bringst bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Leasingumfeld mit
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Vorgängen den Überblick
  • Du kommunizierst klar und sicher – schriftlich wie mündlich – mit Kunden und Geschäftspartnern
  • Du arbeitest teamorientiert und mit einem guten Sinn für Eigenverantwortung
