Unser Team verbindet eine gemeinsame Leidenschaft für Leistung und Erfolg. Dafür suchen wir Dich zur Verstärkung unseres Teams als Interne Revisor / Internal Auditor (m/w/d).

Deine Mission

  • Du wirkst bei der Revisionsplanung mit und übernimmst Verantwortung für die Umsetzung.
  • Du bereitest risiko- und prozessorientierte Prüfungen eigenständig vor und führst sie durch.
  • Du analysierst Geschäftsprozesse, bewertest deren Effizienz und identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale.
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für Fachabteilungen, Geschäftsführung und externe Dienstleister.
  • Du erstellst Revisionsberichte, Stellungnahmen und entwickelst die Revisionsmethoden weiter.

Was Du mitbringst

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Bankausbildung, ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Internen Revision, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder einem ähnlichen Umfeld mit.
  • Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse der rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen im Bank- oder Leasingbereich.
  • Du überzeugst durch analytisches Denken, konzeptionelle Stärke und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Du trittst sicher und professionell auf, kommunizierst klar und arbeitest strukturiert sowie eigenverantwortlich.
