研发序列，核心负责 AI Agent 后端工程开发；兼顾专项小模型维护和Agent 后端研发 Agent 后端研发：以 Go 为主，设计开发 Agent 工具链、可观测、流量治理相关后端服务，搭建高可用服务，保障 Agent 系统稳定与排障效率。 专项小模型维护：负责分类、打分、排序、拒识、语音控制等轻量模型迭代、调优与工程部署，不做大模型训练。 技术沉淀：输出技术方案，沉淀后端及小模型工程标准化实践，持续优化系统性能。

计算机相关本科及以上，5 年 + 研发经验，算法转后端背景优先；高级岗年限相应提高。 扎实后端能力，熟练 Go/Python/Java 任一语言，掌握 Redis、消息队列等中间件，有微服务落地经验。 机器学习基础，有轻量模型训练、调优、部署经验； 具备线上故障排查、系统稳定性与可观测性建设意识。 了解 Agent 相关技术（Function Calling、RAG、Tool Use）优先。
